Brittney has more than eight years of business leadership experience, including more than five years in human resources.
At Honkamp Payroll, Brittney manages the operations of the human resources team, including daily operations, hiring, training, procedure development and performance management.
She previously served as the human resources administrator for BRL HR Consulting prior to that firm’s merger into Honkamp Payroll in early 2024. Brittney also has prior experience in logistics, human resources and operations with a major retailer.

Brittney and her husband, Morgan, have two boys, Theo and Charlie, and one cat. Brittney loves watching reality TV and reading, and she is a proud Iowa Hawkeyes fan.
