Office hours update

We’re pleased to share an update to our office hours. Effective Friday, May 1, and continuing each Friday thereafter, our offices will close at 3 p.m., rather than 5 p.m. Our regular office hours, Monday through Thursday, will remain 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This update reflects our continued commitment to supporting our team so they can remain energized and focused on delivering the high level of service you expect.
What this means for you:
- Our service levels and responsiveness remain unchanged.
- Payroll schedules, deadlines and processing timelines are not impacted.
- Support and coverage during peak periods remain a priority and consistent with our normal business practices.
Important Note:
If you have an urgent payroll or tax issue after 3 p.m. on Friday, please call our main office line. If there is no answer, please leave a voicemail, as our team actively monitors all messages.
